The original Kerbey Lane is an Austin essential and will forever serve up mighty fine brunches. Pancakes are their signature and it shows. Each pancake variety is well cooked and enormous. The seasonal specials are worth noting because that's where the creativity shines. So visit twice. The first visit should be for a brunch staple, and the second visit should be for a seasonal dish. Skip anything Tex-Mex, always get the queso.

Really friendly, helpful staff!! Regarding the food, I had the Classic Queso with pork chorizo, as well as the Chicken and pancakes, and they were both delicious -- also, their hot chocolate looked (and tasted) amazing!!

Every time I visit Austin, Kerbey Lane Cafe is a must to visit. My favourite dishes are the Kerbey Queso, the Green Chile Mac and now the Eggs Francisco (photo). You definitely will find something that will delight your palate! 😋

All Kerbeys are dog friendly on patios except UT/Guadalupe location where they seemed to have built in the place where the patio used to be. New Mueller location is also not far from here with a great heated patio.
Practiced proper City Ordinance COVID requirements.
I believe that it will be CLOSED for Christmas but you should confirm that by calling.
No, indoor as well.
Th original is a standalone building like a house. No play area
