2 weeks ago Aug30th and soonest appointment was Sept 28th for an emergency Kenmore refrigerator repair. And their response is to put the info on Facebook... no thanks, I don't beg any company for their services nor do I believe in 2nd chances, you have to get it right the 1st time!!!!!
