The appreciate the kind employees at this parti just location The managers are the best I only go to this location and keep the service because of the beautiful souls that consistently help work through glitches and phone issues and app issues Usually allowing me to make payments on app so I I have the pleasure of seeing them monthly in person lol I suggest you TMOBILE recognize the width of these employees and Give them a well deserved bonus or raise God Bless Us all Have a great day I am thankful for all of you 😊 CB

You guys need better customer service I was just in there waiting to Be service and the customer in front of me was already finished but made me wait another half hour after they was already finished with the customer in front of me. Ridiculous

I wouldn't worry about it, as soon as T-Mobile makes all their transfers. Everybody in that stores going to be fired and replaced with more respectable sales associates.

The service I experience was hell. I was in the store for almost hour and half. I was getting a new phone and changing my number. When I thought the transaction was completed, it actually cancelled, now my money is missing still to this day.

Either go back to them or call them on the phone, I have at Metro for a few years now I never had a problem until now with my phone.
