The place is beautiful but they were not prepared for the amount of guests that we expected for the event. We informed them WinterBlast was going to bring hundreds of people. Despite having plenty of room, they were under staffed. The staff they had were rude and seemed bothered by us. The lack of service left patrons waiting for food and drinks. Many were forced to go elsewhere. So much potential for this to be successful and Heritage dropped the ball.
