After reading all the reviews for Twisted Root Burger, I was excited to try it out for the first time. I was severely disappointed with what I got considering how much money I paid. I don’t know why so many people were impressed by their pickles but they were average and flavorless even though I had their spicy pickles. The burger was dry however the veggies made up for it, fries and drink were way overpriced. The final nail in the coffin was the staff (not including the cashier and busboys) who just look like they don’t want to be there. The scenery and decorations in the restaurant are pretty cool but if you’re looking for a good burger, save your money and go to Whataburger.

I really like this place. I like to try new places I have never been too. The burger was pretty good, but the thing I liked most was the pickles. You have 5 different barrels to pick from. My wife loves the bread and butter pickles. If you get a chance, check it out!

Though the food was good not nearly worth the price. I think restaurants in texas need to learn the meaning of everything is bigger in texas, cause its not. My burger was served without a top bun though I took the pictures after I had them fix it. Fries could be a lot bigger for the price. The one good thing is the pickles...yum.

Frisco Newruff

I love this place. The ambiance is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was very good too, I had The Vegabong burger (Black bean patty) and it was delicious. My favorite were the home made pickles and ketchup. I can't wait to go back.
