Food was good but giving only one star because of horrible customer service, Manager at this location was so rude and she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I’ve been going to this location for more than 2 years now but from last 2 times part of the order was missing. First time I thought it’s a mistake and same thing happened today and when I called the store to check with them the store manager picked up the phone and said she packed everything and hung up the phone without even saying and asking anything else, not sure if I’ll be going there back again

They are ALWAYS put of the everything bagel. Since it is so popular maybe make more of that one rather then the others? Idk i guess that is too common sense for this place. The kicker is if you order it online for a sandwich and they are out they wont even call you. They wait until you show up to tell you oh bu the way we are out! Take it out of inventory online then and stop wasting peoples time and freakn gas.

Food is phenomenal however two stars for the forgetfulness, horrible service and excessive wait times. All of that ruined it for me and I will never return. I’ve been a regular customer for over two years and had to stop. I was spending 30+ minutes for a bagel. Every time was different in a negative way, it wasn’t just a bad day once or twice. Hire more people that strike for quality and great customer service so they can handle the mornings in a timely manner.. not ones who are miserable and show it

One of my favourite breakfast spots in the area. So many good vegetarian/egg options to choose from. Love the Caribou coffee, too.
