A new management company has taken over and is the absolute worst there is. They are nasty, rude, unhelpful and do not return calls in a timely manner. we have been long time tenants there and area saddened to see the awful changes. They changed their access hours at the gate and the hours the office is open is just not convenient. they also completely changed their online payment system and it is very difficult to follow. DO NOT rent here. you WILL regret it if you do. honestly, we loved it here until the past year or so. it saddens me to see this great little place become a corporate, greedy money hungry mess that doesn't give a care about their customers they don't personally care about you. we will be looking for a family, locally owned small business who does care about their clients. Today also, i have tired to pay online, on phone and in person. none of which were successful and all because of the new policies this money hungry company has pout into place. my husband pays online all the time, the website was down, would not allow him to create a new account under the new system, they ended up charging us late fees because their system was down, never returned calls to my husband and when i finally was able to get a hold of someone there they were rude. ultimately, they never refunded the late fees, never apologized. they also switched our payment dates without any notification at all. they also continually raise fees, again, going back to being the money grubbing pigs they are. some companies will do anything for buck, and some companies just don't care about you, all you are is a number!
