If they opened later, had lights inside my unit, could access keys to the locks for the carts in the back entrance to the building better, I'd give a 5. Still a good place for storage though. Pretty clean. The street/sidewalk running parallel to the back entrance of the building is pretty dirty looking but thats at no fault of the storage unit.

You guys said you were not going to raise the prices when I first moved in and it raised steadily so I moved out because I couldn't afford Tobe there anymore.

Yes, it’s clean! However, we had multiple issues during our time there. One time, their entire system was shut down and no one had access to their units. We had driven hours to be there and wasted time and money being there. They gave us one free month of rent for this issue but when the rep told me about it, he mentioned how low our rent was. Sure enough, 2 months later, our rent increased by 50%! I find this extremely scummy of them. Next time we went, not a single person was working there. We needed a cart unlocked to move some items but we couldn’t get it. I called their corporate office to get ahold of someone and she assured me “they were walking the grounds.” However, 45 minutes later, I saw the man roll up in his car, half awake, as he unlocked the office. I’d never use this place again.

I needed a large storage unit ASAP . When I walked in to Storage Pro, The office was very clean. The staff Manny and Alisha was working. And they were so helpful to all my needs and concerns on storing my belongings. When Alisha took me out to see the storage unit I was going to rent, I could not believe how clean every thing was. The halls, the outside, the unit. They run a very respectable business . I give them five stars. I would give more if there was that option. I want to thank both of you for being so helpful and so caring. Toni
