Sheila is simply the Best! Sheila has made the fantastic work done by herself and the 684 team very approachable.This team at PS is so incredible, very caring, most energetic every time I come by. And at a time when I am tired! Thanks to Liz and Princess and a few others I'm sorry I don't recall other rep's names~ though this team deserves a big Thank You! for your help and always professional demeanor! Thanks to Sheila and the team at 684 Lenfest , I won't even consider a storage company except Public Storage .

Is there an option to give 0 star? From my experience with Lenfest Rd. I never recommend this to anyone. 2 times I have faced problems with elevator. My wife and I was forced to take out the heavy weight stuffs via stairs. Upon asking when the elevators will start working, the answer is a simple "I DON'T KNOW" and blaming us as if it was our mistake. Paying $160 per month and not supporting facilities to take your stuff out is very painful. I am getting payment reminders mid of every month. If there is an elevator outage, what the hell! they can't communicate those who are keeping stuff there. Moreover no one will be in the office most of the time for any help!

Great service!!! Sheila was so super helpful with our reservation. She explained clearly the steps we had to take during our reservation and helped us locate our unit. The place is clean, well maintained, and so helpful. They have trollies to help you with moving things from your cart and vice versa. Thanks Sheila!!!
