Jerry was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, informative and fun/easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and helped clarify anything I was unsure of. I have rented a 10’x15’ unit of storage at this location in San José (near to Communication Hill) since 2018. The current company manager is Jerry, who provides me an excellent customer service when he took over the position there: His first phone call and tone of voice gave me a feeling of being cared, and at ease, and he has recently gone extra miles of concern and help to improve the company service to satisfy their loyal customers like myself. The company just offered a new extra security lock to keep my belongings safe and secured in my unit. And Jerry showed it installed on my unit locker and door, he patiently oriented me about this new lock with all the positives of its functions. He also offered me if I had any concerns or questions by calling him during business hours. He responded it and asked for extra time to get more information for me, then returned my call with full details. I highly recommend him to any customers in need. Jerry, was helpful and professional! i had left my phone number with him a couple weeks ago in case any parking spaces opened up for rent. he said he would call me if any opened up and sure enough less than 2 weeks later he called. real convenient for me as i live next door in the mobile home park. premises look clean and pristine! No partial payments are accepted. Please also note that until your account is paid in full, access to your unit may be denied, your gate code access is removed, and your unit will be over-locked.
