The trails are a mix of doubletrack and old fire roads. Some are quite primitive.
Yes to all of your questions
You can camp in the lean-to, or anywhere 150 ft from the water, but not in the day use area. It's s pretty dense or rugged ground aside from the lean-to and day use areas.
