This Popeyes is very unprofessional. The workers are eating at the drive through window. They all act as if they don’t want their jobs. They are alway out of chicken, but don’t tell the customer until after they pay for food. They run special that are on their menu, when once you order they ask if you have coupons. There is nothing on the menus that states that you need coupons. I was the only person in line at 1st, and still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. 10 minutes for one sandwich. When you ask questions, they roll their eyes and shrug their shoulders. I come to this Popeyes at least 2 times a week because it’s close to my job, but the service is getting worst. Either the lobby is closed or they are just moving slow. I went in one day because I had been sitting in drive through for 8 minutes. I thought maybe their short staffed, but no, I walked in to see 10 people. 2 working while the ready were standing around talking, eating or on the phone. All in the work area behind the counter!!! They need to do better!!!! The quality of the food is getting bad, the chicken seems dry, the wings are smaller and the prices have went up!

You know that scene in Lethal Weapon 2 where they ____ at the drive-thru and they know you'll be miles away before you notice? Well, they got the sandwich right but the side was wrong. Also no utensils or napkins. The kid at the drive-thru window was more interested in what was going on on his cell phone. Popeyes you fail on customer experience and customer satisfaction. Boooooooo! Look at that nasty looking Mac and cheese.

Inside was still closed and we had a deal on the app that we were trying to use in the drive thru which was a mess and complete waste of time because the cashier refused to honor it and made up his own requirements for the free meal we were supposed to get without having to buy a large drink. We offered to show him the app deal but his response was we couldn't change the order at the window, you don't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving because after all that and finally getting to the window the manager told us the register was not able to produce receipts which we wanted to be able to do survey...so I canceled the order. Thank you for wasted time awful customer service.

Just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before someone came out to tell me the speaker wasn’t working (long line), car in front of me was talking to the drive through worker for another 10 and didn’t even order . Employee had to tell 5 times to move ans when they finally left, employees were arguing at the window. Please be aware of this behavior from unsupervised kids. I didn’t even stay to order because who knew how much longer it would take!
