Great place for kids to burn off energy. we got there right when it opened to do the toddler jump, and it was a lot of big kids that were not cautious or nice to my little ones. It would be nice if they had a section for younger kids only or a certain time where they only allowed tots.

I took my 4, 2 and 1 year old ad I had a spontaneous day off from work. It was perfect, easy to book a time and buy socks. Staff was present, watchful and spoke up if someone was getting overly rowdy. Great space, clean (we sat in the snack area and it was not anything different from other indoor play spaces). They sell snacks, have a few claw games. Overall it was fun.

I don’t recommend this place for a birthday party, we have our two sons birthday party yesterday and one of the front desk ladies that has Highlits on her hair was so rude to our guest and I asked at the beginning of the party for our kids birthday t-shirt and she reply I’ll give it to you in 5 minutes with a mean face. She never did, also she was gossiping to our host for my second sons party. Instead of seeing that we paid for two rooms around $800. She acted like she is doing us a favor by handling out the kids bracelets. At the 1st party the host would be helping very little the second son host only appeared once and said she was running 2 other parties and that they didn’t have enough staff, and disappeared didn’t even get the trash taken out of the room and they brought the pizza late we had to go and buy pizza as kids were hungry, it took me several efforts to ask them to help they were on their phone instead of helping. I asked them to cancel my membership yesterday and the manager said they will get back to me. I hope they do call back because they did the same thing to other moms that were there for a party and never got a call back. The owner should call me back and confirm that my 4 memberships are cancel. And not force us to go and see the front lady desk lady with a horrible attitude. The manager from yesterday had an okay attitude but she doesn’t realize that some of the ladies there need a customer service training. Horrible customer service for birthday parties, if you can avoid it do it. We paid $800 for two birthday parties for my two boys, and they didn't bring the pizza on time and my kids friends were hungry after jumping. So my husband had to drive to little Cesar's and bring pizza. Also the front desk ladies are rude and they asked to arrive 30 minutes early and when your guest arrives they tell them to wait and wait for them to get their socks and wrists bands but they do it in a horrible way yelling instead of being polite. They need a serious customer service training. Also several of my close friends told me that the host is a joke they do not help at all and I also saw that they were on their phone. Also they forgot to give us the t-shirts for the birthday boys even after asking three times they try to give it to me at the end of the party when I was leaving. The place was very dirty too. Several things not working and on top of that they expect us to continue to be members. I will call to cancel my membership again today. If they do not my friends already said that they will all write bad reviews in all their platforms for others to see how poorly they treat customers as they witnessed it all. Do not book a party here you will regret it.
