I bought some equipment here and they were very nice to deal with. However now that I need help with getting reimbursement from my insurance company it's a different story. They have no one answering phones in any of their departments! How unprofessional is this? To begin with when they sell you something saying it can be reimbursed by your insurance they should give you the information you need to do that. No where is their tax ID listed on their billing receipts. It's the first thing the insurance will ask for.

Wow! What an outstanding experience I had. I want to share it with the world! On a Friday, our "hoyer lift" broke. The hydraulic pump on the lift, just stopped working. This is a critically important piece of equipment at our house. It enables our caregivers to lift my sister -- who is paralyzed and blind-- from out of her bed to her wheel chair and allow her to be wheeled outside for some fresh air and a change of place and then back again after the bed has been changed. Although she is pretty thin, we CANNOT move her without this piece of equipment. When I called to ask about replacing the hydraulic pump, the owner assured me, that he'd just have another lift set aside for me to use. I arrived the next day , Saturday morning with our broken lift. And sure enough, Priscilla greeted me with another lift to use. Unfortunately, it was slightly different and 2 extremely important features were not part of this "new" lift. AND because it was Saturday, unfortunately, there weren't any service technicians on duty to help me. Undaunted, Priscilla and I set up shop in the parking lot, and with the tool kit in my car, proceeded to disassemble my lift to replace the pump from the "newer" lift onto our broken lift. Unfortunately, it didn't fit on my lift and another part from the newer lift had to be disassembled and put on my lift. We spent about 1 1/2 hours totally dismantling both lifts and rebuilding the one I came with so that it would work perfectly in our small house. Although Priscilla had never done this before, her "can do attitude" and tenacity saved the day (it's a good thing, as I have "0" skills in doing anything mechanical) and I was able to bring it back to the house and we were once again able to transfer my sister from her bed to her chair and back again. Priscilla was a lifesaver! I felt so lucky that she was there. She's a fabulous representative of this important business that provides such life altering equipment to so many people in compromised situations. THANK YOU BISCHOFF'S!! THANK YOU PRISCILLA! I highly recommend doing business with them.
