Business trip to Europe . My passport had expired, two days until departure. Anxiety! Now I was in a panic, and calling any agency that expedited passports. With each call my heart sunk a little bit lower, as the people I Spoke with either could not inspire confidence or couldn't help. Jose, if you need a passport that quickly you should call one of our specialists at 1-800-238-6662. New passports must see an acceptance agent first, but we would expedite it in as little as a day for a fee. Daryl, we don't know what caused you to drive to our location as it doesn't seem like you have an emergency. All we handle are emergency orders, it sounds like maybe you just need a post office? I can not find a record of you calling either. Could you please call 1-800-238-6662 to discuss what happened with a manager? This location can be used by our customers, but they have to have an itinerary that says they are leaving within 2 weeks. That is a Gov't Regulation. Maybe you just needed a post office? Give us a call and we will sort it out.

This requires you to do the documents with a computer in advance of applying in person or attempting to renew through the store.
