Rude & Unmanaged staff and Manger. They may have good collection but it's their employees , which will lose Ross customers for sure. They have fitting rooms closed for a day or two and their signage would say " closed for cleaning". I mean for first time , I was waiting for 30 mins to get cleaning done and use fitting room. . Upon asking ,I was told they are closed since they are understaffed. Okay., You get things and then plan to try at your home . You don't like stuff and plan to return it. Now comes the biggest hassle -RETURN- I was the first in line for returns & Exchanges, however there were few purchases customers in line. I waited , they almost served 4 customers iat 2 registers. I asked security guard - I have been waiting for cashier's to call and return my 1 item. That's itTgey might not have seen me yet.. .He claimed, he coneyed the message. Then they took another customers for purchases. Seeing me disgruntled,cashier aka manager d processed return after 10 purchases( 6 of them came after me). Come on ,we got stuff from you and want to return. If you can't handle returns , why do even boast about it. We don't want to waste anyone's time . I am done with this store!

A retail outlet at discounted prices located at Westgate Center. Plenty of parking slots available. it is a big store where you usually find clothing, shoes, beuwty products, socks, underwear, jackets, designer bags, home decor. mostly the bag ans shoe racks have little display and showcase only old model and stocks. if you are lucky you can find some nice stocks depends on your fashion sense.

Had no idea that they carried aerie bras and underwear at unBEATABLE prices so I’m so pleased with my finds! I haven’t been to a Ross in ages so it was nice to see brands I actually recognized, especially in makeup (Becca, Bare Minerals, Too Faced) Checking out is a pain but I suppose that’s how all Ross stores are ...

Cheap stuff. This time I bought Perry Ellis America shoes. I wore them less than an month and they broke. They still have the price on the sole. They do not accept returns. Store is also super dirty and merchandising is on the ground.
