The receptionist was quick to respond and very nice. Our carpet clean was scheduled a little far than I wanted. Their are booked! So, she gave me a spot clean because we were expecting company before the scheduled appointment. The spot clean solution worked very well and our carpet became OK looking to welcome our guests. Caleb/ Owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Our carpet was really old and he gave us honest opinion. We are planning to put hard wood sometime soon and it was quick fix for now. But, I am very pleased how clean our carpet came out! We definitely will hire him, again! Thank you!

Caleb Cate, owner of A Clean Carpet Company, is fabulous! He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. It was great learning the different types of fibers used to make carpet and the reasons behind his cleaning techniques. He took my client's 43 year old carpet and transformed it. In addition to cleaning carpets, Caleb has an awesome system used to clean tile. It looked like new tile when he was finished! Next cleaning service will be my area rugs, and I'm sure they'll turn out as beautifully as every other service he's provided! A Clean Carpet Company is the best I have ever used!

The time frame for cleaning a rug depends on how much traffic it gets. We recommend professional rug cleaning be performed every 1-2 years. If there are pets, smokers, or people with respiratory illnesses in your home, area rug cleaning should be performed more often.
