Honestly it's rare for me to find clothes here. Either its ripped , see through or most shirts are half cut or clothes runs small . Yes Cute things but mainly for skinny twiggys. I'm not fat I'm just average.

I love Forever 21! The clothes are stylish and have reasonable pricing. This review is for their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a package that was lost or stolen (no one knows) and the customer service department gave me the worst time refunding my money. The claim started in August and I have yet to be compensated as of today October 8th! I spend a lot of money with this company and wonder why it is so hard to please your so called "VIP" members. They gave me the run around for two months! Even telling me to file a police report for the lost or stolen package and calling my bank for the refund! Why do all this after two months? Why couldn't they tell me this when I first filed the claim? This experience has left such a bad impression on me, that I will NEVER shop with them again! I KNOW THEY DON'T CARE, but hopefully this can help someone. Don't have your package lost or stolen. If so be prepared for a headache and months of NO HELP! I FINALLY got an Affidavit TODAY to get my refund, which will now take another 8-10 business days to refund. Just ridiculous!
