Nothing is worth the prices they charge. The kids do have fun jumping around, but they literally charge you to sit in the play area and watch your kids. The food is cheap garbage for expensive prices. Tons of new claw and carnival games to rip you off downstairs. I'll never be back. UPDATE: I did come back for my daughter's birthday. Against my will, but gotta keep the kids happy. They have removed more of the free seating in the child watching area to force you even more to pay to sit. They have the option of watching your children on security cameras, further away from them, as an option. Still just an ever growing ripoff. $4 extremely limited selection of unpopular drinks in vending machine, or $4.50 for medium Slurpees, no large available. And the machine was broken, further limiting selection. Unfriendly idiotic staff.

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. The massage chair alarms are a bit much and actually sound like fire alarms. Would be great if they turned these alarms off.

I was here a couple of times before. There's always a single person to process the tickets no matter how many people wait in the queue. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes if you visit on weekends or plan to visit 45 minutes before if you want to stay on the schedule. Purchase tickets online and sign the waiver online if you want to save some time. The jumping area is uninterrupted fun for the little kids. They get exhausted if the whole hour is properly utilized.

Good experience.. party was successful.. not too much crowded but manageable and staff always asking to keep mask ON . Very helpful for needs . Try to keep things clean and try to manage kids ..pizzas are also good when HOT.. overall it was good experience after such a long COVID break..

Hello Mirna! Neon night is a special event that we have after our open jump closes on Friday and Saturday nights. It's from 8-10pm, the lights are turned off and we have neon colored lights for a special effect going on throughout the entire duration of the special event with music playing for jumpers. Hope to see you at neon night! :)

Kids are running the place so respond like you're in High School. Politely tell them what you're doing and wait for the principle if there's a problem

The best price you can get is with Groupon I believe that it's 19 or $20 for two people.
A bit higher if you add the cost of socks too. You have to save their socks for next visit
If you are going to a birthday party the host has already paid for the children to play, they make a reservation for a certain amount of children.
