Went to Tavares location on Wednesday 4-7. The guy training a new employee had horrible people skills. Asked him a few questions and he would shrug or respond with one word. He should not be at the counter. Wood was very wet. Quality of the wood was terrible. Warped, huge saw marks and unusable knots. We went through half a pile to find wood that wasn’t split. They are more expensive then Lowe’s or home depot so why go there? I never will again. If you want subpar wood that sits outside all day in the rain with rude employees at an inflated price then this place is for you.

Get a handle on your door shop. Some hinges not bedded properly, most prehung door trim WAY out of alignment, 0" reveal to 7/16" reveal on a casing leg, header too long or too short, Staples missing the jamb...get a grip! I bid the work and should not have to re-do what has already been paid for. Your taking money from me, the installer that has to make your product look good

Ok finally giving this place a review after 4 bad experiences. The guys in the store were rude and unprofessional. Wasn't any other customers around. We interrupted their personal conversation and they didn't want to help. And they didn't. How does this place stay in business. 4th time I've been there with same attitude. Seemed Iike they were discriminating due to my work clothes and those boys didn't want to get their pretty little hands dirty.
