I spent 57 minutes waiting in the drive-thru for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 5-8 minutes. I got to the window and they tried to give me someone elses order. I said my order was the mobile order and wouldn't you know it....they forgot to make my order. The chick at the window said it still had 5 minutes to go and for me to pull forward. So, I did. Almost 20 minutes later, they finally brought my food out. Hardly "fast" food. So, why did I still give this location 3 stars instead of a lower score.......cause it was delicious. The food was all hot and fresh. French fries were overflowing the box. The Spicy Chicken Peppercorn Ranch Club was juicy and crunchy. It was amazing. I was actually mad that it was so good because of how ridiculous the wait was. TL;DR: Ridiculously Long Wait, Forgetful Staff, Delicious Hot and Fresh Food

I just had the worst experience ever at a whataburger. I waited 30 total probably around 50 minutes in line for a $15 breakfast order and then they came outside twice to ask me what my order was. So I asked for a refund and the manager Micah said they did it but aren't required or able to give proof of refund that legally you are required to give and that the GM doesn't have a email address. Also team members are a great bunch it's just the incompetent managers.

Stale biscuits had to be at least two or three days old. I ordered coffee and it tasted like soapy very strong tea. Went back through and got another cup of it which was worse. Nice folks and I don't doubt they're trying- but somethings going wrong at this location.

Went through the drive thru … ordered … left and realized we didn’t have our complete order or even napkins. Called to have them adjust our card and she said she couldn’t do a refund. In todays computer world absolutely absurd you can’t adjust a credit card amount for your screw up!!! I could understand if it was cash but we are talking about a credit card… I’ve been in retail world for many years and I know you only batch your credit cards daily . It surely can be done moments after the transaction with the order number….. terrible customer service… Of all retail place fast food should be able to give refunds from the phone, that’s the most common complaint on reviews.
