The area is nice and location is good. They increased the rent by a lot after my lease was set to end. I ultimately decided to move out after the property manager Nancy was rude on the phone when I told her I was probably not going to sign a new lease. It’s difficult to get the property manager to respond to emails or call you back after you move out with issues regarding move out inspections.

Been at this apartment complex for 8 years. Rates increased $4380 for a 12 month lease ($365 a month). Would not consider lowering cost or anything. They have increased the rent for everyone.

I am looking for a one bedroom apartment and have visited many apartment communities in the last two weeks. I had a great experience with the manager. She showed me the model which is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate! This is the place I want to live!
