Worst Taco Bell in the country. Mens restroom doesn’t have soap. I wonder how the employees wash their hands and go back to work to touch food. Drive thru so rude. Missing food and dices no napkins and the worst part is customer service.

Follow instructions! I said specifically 9 fire sauces were to be placed in my order….9….are the workers German and think I meant none cause that’s what they gave me….thanks you so much for making me grab my own stuff that I already put in the order then watched the lady behind the counter out sauces in the very next bag!!! Y’all should be trained by the folks in El Paso they are spot on!!! Sucks that I have to live by this one where the girl at the front desk looked lost and the people cooking the food couldn’t handle simple orders! Not impressed at all!!

Not the type of person to complain but this is just ridiculous. I am so disappointed on how this location (Saginaw, TX) is declining. I was so excited to get the Mexican pizza until I opened the box and ONCE AGAIN it looks like my food had been thrown into the package without any care . The pizza was soggy and horribly put together. We deserve better , this is sad . We pay for our food and it's just not ok to get horrible service in return . Better staff is needed as well . Won't be going back

So disappointing to see the decline of this location! The change of staff seems to have brought a bevy of negative issues that include long waits, inaccurate order fulfillment, rude customer service, and a filthy facility! How hard can it be to wipe down the drive-thru window and pick up trash? This picture is of trash below the drive-thru window at 9 AM! Do better!
