Wife and I had to go 3 different times to finally get everything we needed. Ended up wasting $100 due to lack of proper communication from them. Made appointment first time around, appointments seemed to be irrelevant that time as we were stuck behind a bunch of walk-ins. Third time we just walk-in and my wife is next in line only to be told she has to move behind 2 people in line behind her with appointments. Will not be returning for any future finger print needs.

I've been fingerprinted with ink, at the police station. That's where we did it back then. It sucked. It was enough to get me to leave my life of crime. Nothing's worth going back there. Fingerprinted at work, with ink and the machine. Sucked. Fingerprinted at a seedy mail station in a sketchy area. Yuck. IdentoGo Fingerprinting is a luxury fingerprinting experience. Scented candles, art on the walls, home decor and a Wiener dog. They only need some fine wine and a foot rub to complete the experience.
