If you want great service use Martin Appliance. Heather was a great communicator always keeping me updated. Angel delivered my stove and was very courteous. We also had Greystone come out for some modifications and Devon was wonderful to work with. Don't use a big box store when you can get wonderful customer service from Martin Appliance and Greystone.
