When the pandemic started my wedding plans became uncertain and we decided for a small wedding instead. I only had a couple months to find my dress and Ms. Debra was such a blessing to work with. She is very experienced and found so many beautiful options that were aligned with what I was looking for. She was the sweetest and most patient with me after trying on many dresses. She never rushed me into a decision and was understanding. This bridal shop was the best I had been to as they truly care about each customer and go above and beyond. All the ladies there were very nice. I was lucky enough to get Ms. Debra and she made the entire process a joy which is saying a lot as picking a bridal dress can be stressful! This bridal shop has so many gorgeous gowns to select from with a range of prices. I am certain any bride could find “the dress” at Debra’s bridal! Thank you, Ms. Debra for making my experience so memorable for me, my family, and friends. It’s no wonder this bridal shop has been in business for so long!

Autumn made the experience, unforgettable! Within minutes of chatting with her she found so many amazing options to try on and we found the ONE! I honestly had no clue when I went in there, even where to begin! I will never forget how amazing this experience was due to her. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, helping me find from head (with my new tiara) to toe to find the perfect dress for my special day!

I had an amazing experience at Debra’s bridal! Elise was my stylist and she was so energetic, it made me excited to try on dresses! She was amazing and even let me book another appointment the next day to try the dress on again. She wasn’t pushy and genuinely wanted me to find something that I loved. Debra was super sweet as well and double checked my measurements. Although I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here. They are very reasonably priced for the service and quality you get! Thanks Elise! :)

Debra’s was the fourth shop I went to for wedding dresses and had a wonderful experience. Elise was so helpful and came across as truly caring about what I wanted. She was so kind! The shop for me was a cross between David’s Bridal and a boutique. There were a ton of dresses to try on in a wide range of prices. All of them were hung in bags which to me meant they were cleaner for trying on. Although I would have liked a more private setting to try on dresses, there was only one or two other groups in the store when I was shopping, so it was not too overwhelming. In the end, I found a dress that I loved and felt very well taken care of by Elise. Would definitely recommend to add to your list of stores to try if shopping in the Jax area.
