They seem to be a good group of shops. I haven't been around much, but I am taking my truck back to get my tires , that I bought from them, rotated and balanced. I've been told they don't balance for free any more, but when I bought mine they did. It says so on my receipt!! We will all see if they own up to their word, in the next week or so. I'll let y'all know what's up. Next set of tires, will be the next set! Then the rules change, HUH?? IF they stay true to their word, I'll buy all my tires from them. Treat others as you want to be treated!! GOLD
