I have been eating Scimecas Italian sausage as long as I can remember (50+yrs). As a child our family would go to Scimecas, to Roma bakery for fresh bread and home for a amazing breakfast. I have tried other sausages but to this day Scimecas is the best. BEST! Also try their hot dogs. Amazin

I accidentally parked in their parking lot one day and got fenced in because they closed shortly after. I went into the office and talked to the owner who was very nice and let me out. I asked some questions about their history and he filled me in- very cool family business. The next time I saw their sausages at the store I bought some and it’s the best I’ve ever had. I made sausage and pepper hoagies and everyone agreed it’s very good!

I work here. We have the best sausage ever. It is a family oriented company and up there we are all like one big family. It's lots of fun. And like I said our fresh made products are AMAZING.

I used to always buy the sausage as it was one of the few out there that did not have MSG, but now they have added it, so that is why there are only 3 stars instead of 5. I wanted to email them and tell them how disappointed I am and I won't buy it again as I can get cheaper sausage with msg and the taste isn't that much different. I am extremely disappointed. :(
