Horrible, Horrible , Horrible experience!!! It's my second time here and this place is run like a Factory!! The waiting time is between 2 to 3 hours, unbelievable!! No matter if you have your appointment, they make you wait in a bigger waiting room first for about 2 hours and when they call your name it's just to take you to a 2nd waiting area where you will have to wait for another hour or even more! Please don't waste your time in this terrible place!! This people should be ashamed of so many bad reviews to their place, maybe its time to escalate the complaints to BBB and see if something could be done because it's unacceptable the horrible service here!

The worst place of health care and service in Miami 5 hours of waiting for an X-ray and they make fun of your appointment time and the answers they give you and the treatment in general is terrible I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience at Sunset Radiology. The the staff was professional and friendly. I was called promptly to have my procedure done. The technician made me feel at ease and was knowledgeable and gentle. I highly recommend this place.

Wait time is ridiculous. I waited more than an hour in the main lobby and then another half hour in a smaller room. All spaces are packed, cero social distance, not even for personal space! It's rude when this type of places play with your time, and this wasn't just once, this is my third and every time has been the same story. I don't even understand why they make you make an appointment. Your work is valuable but mine is too. You made me stay here about 3h. I need to go back to work too.

Once you get to the technician, the attention is good, it hurts the customer service and the long wait and temperature is not taken taking into account the size of the rooms and the little social distance.
Good service and good prices for the services they provide, compared to other sites that provide the same services.
I was there and everyone treated me well, except the one who does the Rx is well grocery and rude and does not seem to have a degree. At least I treat myself Bad and closed the door in my face just because of a question I wanted to ask him, I do not understand how that type of people with such a bad temper and bad form can work with the public, I would like them to take action because no one has the right to mistreat anyone And it was not only to me to another old lady, I also answered her in a bad way, I don't know what her name is, but I'm going to find out and I'm going to complain to her supervisor.
I did not find any problem, try at less congested hours from 10 am to 11:30 am or from 1:30 pm to 4 pm but complain to the person who answers this place is very busy😷😇😰😢 The internet can try but I prefer to talk to the person for the requirements referral plates insurance co payments is more complicated
Good attention they are fast and my ultrasound copayment under my ambetter insurance cost me 20 #
