The worst place, the front desk girls are rude & inconsiderate, they take there time, they make you wait, wait, wait, the refuse to let you speak to the manager Alejandro S. Obviously he is not doing a great job, keeping this place organized & making appointments to be kept in timely matter, Unless you have 5 hours to waste do not go there, find other diagnostic place.

When I made the appointment for my mother, they did not tell me at any time that her insurance needed a referral and on the day of the appointment they did not attend her because she did not have said referral. My mother is 88 years old and it is not easy to move her, besides the fact that in order to take her I had to miss work When I called to claim they did not attend me in the best way and much less did they apologize, it seems to me that it is my fault for not knowing that this insurance needs a referral

I had appointment at noon To get X-rays The guy who works X-rays went to lunch at that time. Why they set up the appointment at noon if he goes to lunch. I had to wait more than 1 hour when he backed from lunch.not recommended place.
