The center canceled my appointment and never left a voicemail stating such. I get a lot of telemarketing calls and so I did see the call come in and didn’t pick up. I waited for a voicemail which never appeared. Then when I got to the office on my appointment date, they told me I was contacted which I agreed with But confirmed and showed them through my phone that a voicemail was never left. The office manager was very considerate and nice but regardless this was a big setback for me dealing with an injury, plus I took time off of work and lost pay unnecessarily. Administrative communication is an integral part of any medical office so I consider this a critical error. Poor communication wastes the patient’s money/time and loses money for the doctors office if a client chooses to no longer patronize such facility. Hopefully they can work strongly to rectify the issue. The other thing that I didn’t address with the office manager was that I was told that the center contacted my doctor office but got no reply, so I could only assume The error is on the part of the center because when I called my doctors office they were extremely helpful and immediately addressed the appeal stating they wish the office would’ve contacted them. 😭

Rosalind Harbin working in your billing dept. answered an inbound call at 4:17pm on 7/11 and she has terrible service. Horrible. ( maybe she was just having a bad day) I gave her a call to confirm some information and spelled out my info (to be helpful) and said " I know how to spell" And then I asked for the information verbally and asked a few questions and stated that she didn't want to have to answer all the questions verbally. Then I asked when I would be able to have the information with me. And she said "well if you would just give me 30 seconds" (sarcastically) It was a really bad experience. And you should have her do office work and away from any human interaction. I am giving two stars because she sent me the information quickly. But she was not kind in the slightest.

Been here for over an hour. A lady that checked in after me got right in. (Don't know if she is have the same test) but, really stupid how they don't communicate with you. I was told 20 mins an hour ago. They moved me to the back and said 5 mins it's been 15. Just now ask how long...they said 5 mins again. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't come back here.
