My son refuses to go anywhere else for his haircuts. They're so kind to him and patient, particularly Samantha, who always does a stellar job and keeps him calm. He's had horrible experiences elsewhere because they don't know how to handle special needs kids, but everyone here loves my son and he's so comfortable with them.

I went here today and had a horrible experience! First I was never greeted when I walked in the door and when the worker finally did address me she said “your here for a hair cut?” DUHH!!!! Then she told me to come back and I had to sit in a chair that she never cleaned up the persons last hair. The cut turned it okay but then she just let me walk out with wet hair and never offered to dry it or add products or anything. Then to top it all off charges me 15 for a cut... no wash or style!! I will never come back here again. I wish I had a better conscious and didn’t tip this awful “stylist”.
