Had a hard time deciding between 2 and 3 stars. I went here for my dermatologist needs since it has been opened/sold from previous dermatologist (about 10 years) I have a simple condition that requires oral medication. Randomly after the first few years of coming here the Dr told me I had to start come two times a year instead of One since it was a prescription… Leaving me with an unpaid exam and an extra $100 bill. After the second year of this I decided to switch to a different practice and they do not require that many exams a year! (Only 1)I kind of lost my faith in this place because I felt like I was being lied too! It’s just not necessary. Seems the practice has become a little money hungry/oriented. I want to give more stars but people’s time and money is important! With that being said I want to be fair and the actual Dr and Nurses were very kind.

Need to work on customer service Was a couple minutes late do to road closure and they refused to see me. Front desk lady was rude and they were not willing to work with me do to the road closure.
