Very very pressed for insurance information.. I’m not understanding why I have to give my insurance information before I can schedule an appointment? Is there some type of fraud going on? I’m pretty sure when I come in paper work will be needed? Or I can give my insurance card when I come in.. why is it needed to schedule an appointment?

Hi, insurances do not cover any part of this procedure cost if there is no rash associated with the area. Discoloration is considered cosmetic. A consultation would need to be performed to establish the best treatment option and $75.00 is the consultation fee.

We typically do not do walk ins, but we try to accommodate same day or next day appts
