If this is your first time since you've moved in getting new maiLbox keys, you simpLy bring your Lease/Property TitLe & a Photo ID into the Post Office to scheduLe the service, & it is FREE. (There MAY be a form to fiLL out too, I døn't remember.) ★HOWEVER, if it's nøt your first set of keys ør the Lock is damaged they MAY try to make You Pay to have it ReKeyed. This happened to me, (Never ReKeyed, but Left-handed + after 10yrs the Lock wouLdn't work.) Fact is, community MaiLBoxes, its Lock & Keys are Property Of The USPS; Stand Your Ground, it’s Their ResponsibiLity to repair damage from normaL wear & tear. It took a ½hr of pLeading my case at the end of day, but a veteran post man back from his route overheard, stepped in & agreed. He personaLLy came out to rekey my box(ThanK-You Mr.PostMan💗.) 🍀

Open a w.i.m.p.(where is my package) case online.
It usually takes two to three weeks for it to go through. Follow uo with your old post office to make sure the COA went through
