First and last time visiting this place. Had an 8pm appt and wasn't seen for over an hour. Didn't diagnose or test for anything, as my daughter was tugging for air. Never even took her vitals. Witnessed male nurse walking out of room 1 wearing gloves, walked to one counter, grabbed thermometer, walked to another counter, touched a keyboard, and then walked into room 9, with the same gloves. Please go elsewhere for care.

People at the front counter are very stern and talk to parents like we are children. Sorry if I enter my information in a way your system doesn’t like. It’s not like an appointment matters anyway. We waited an hour with an appointment. There was no paper on the exam table and soap dispenser empty in the room so Doctor couldn’t wash hands. Oh and yelled at us about changing our sons diaper during our visit. Nurses have no bedside manner with kids at all. Annapolis is way better, only here because we needed a specific test done.

Very slow , wait time unknown . Take copay early without giving exact time. I did not find mental satisfaction from there.

The wait time sucked but the front desk receptionist (who was apparently visiting from the timonium location) and doctor were nice to work with. The facility is beautiful and well accommodated for children. The receptionist even gave my child legos to play with while we waited. I waited two hours on a Thursday night for my child to be seen for his eye infection and then about an additional 35 mins in the room after being taken back. When the nurse came in she was initially courteous. When she told us that the doctor would be in next, I asked her about how long. She at first did not give a time frame and explained that there were about 3 other patients who were there with breathing problems, and that these patients took precedent. When I then asked for a literal time frame, she said about 30-45 minutes. When I expressed angst about waiting for that much longer, she shared about how she heard “the typical waiting time in the ER was 13 hours and to look on my wait time with positivity” before exiting the room. Her response was snide and condescending. The doctor ended up coming in within a few minutes after the nurse left, and not 30-45 mins later, which my child and I were grateful for. If I had an emergency again, PM pediatrics would not be my first go to.

While they do have the rapid tests, the 48 hour ones are far more accurate. My wife and I had results in under a day and a half
They offer COVID-19 tests for children and adults. The patient is responsible for payment by either insurance/direct pay.
No. They provide physicians for urgent care but not a dentist.
