The staff on duty before the football game (kickoff was at 330pm) did not have a clue where anything was in the store. We were told by 4 different employees where they "thought" masks would be. After nearly an hour of searching we find out they have been out for several days. Absolute worst customer service / product knowledge I have ever experienced, and I'm a manager in retail!

Looking for official SU gear, that cool T-shirt you saw all the students wearing at the game, or gifts for die hard SU friends and family? This expansive "Bookstore" operated by the University and partly staffed by some of the nicest students on campus has everything orange and blue you could possibly want at prices designed for students and their families. Parking is tricky but comes with a nice walk on college hill.

There's other places like Manny's and shirt world on Marshall Street and one other place called The University shop in Destiny USA shopping mall under the food court try there

We have representatives from the Nebraska Book Company in our store buying back books until 2 pm on Saturday, May 12, 2018. They do not require an ID card to sell back your books. If you sell your books back to the Syracuse University Bookstore after the Nebraska Book Company has left, then you will need a Syracuse University ID card.
The Syracuse University Bookstore is open to the public. You do not need to have an SU ID to make purchases.
