If I could Leave 0 stars I would. Person that answered the phone had zero clue of what was going on. Struggled as they had a language barrier and you could tell didn’t want to go to work today. Called about a 2002 camaro ss that I wanted to purchase, mind u this is not a Chevy dealer. Had zero clue about car and told me to check website for pricing. (Why didn’t I think of that)? Oh wait, it states call. Never will I shop there nor recommend. I must say that all reviews must be made up. This place is a joke and person should be fired. Holding names back but can give if needed. Can’t even get a call after sending multiple requests through email.

Scheduled a test drive for a Civic Si. These are rare stock, so I was excited to actually drive one, possibly make a deal. Reiterated that I was interested in test driving and was assured it is ready to be driven when I scheduled the appointment. Walk in and the car is on the floor. I ask about it, there's no record of my appointment. I asked if the car was even available to be driven. I walked over when the sales person was to talk with whom I assume was the floor manager. They said they needed to write up a deal before I test drove it. Reason being the car is marked up $7500 due to scarcity. They didn't even ask if I was willing to pay it, they just refused to let me drive it. This happened a few years ago when my mother was looking to lease a car. They wouldn't even let her drive a Civic LX because "why drive something you know you can't afford?" I thought that we might have gotten a bad salesman back then. Guess I was wrong. I will never set foot in this dealership again. Incredible level of disrespect. The floor manager wouldn't even look me in the face.

So my girlfriend and I decided on a Honda CR-V Ex for her first car. We worked with Abdullah Al-badri, easily the best car salesman/saleswoman I've personally worked with for a car. He showed us a few to compared to the one we wanted, gave us great comparisons and let me actually check the cars from front to back. He is very knowledgeable for just being in the business for a year. When you set up an appointment, do yourself a favor and ask for him! He can make owning a reliable car an easier process than you could imagine!

Someone at the dealership decided it was a good idea to empty both my center console an glove compartment an throw everything on my seats an floor of my car. After having it for two weeks to do a simple ignition switch change. Also refused to put steering column back. When parts where right on the seat. Sorry your employee covered it with stuff he shouldn't have been touching or going through. So glad Honda was able to make right the wrong. Took no time at all and they were nice enough to put my steering column back no questions! Thank you Honda!
