Ari and his team are amazing! We purchased our pool from them about 10 years ago and they have always offered to help when needed. They are very knowledgeable with everything from products to chemicals to the overall working of the pool system. We highly recommend Cannon Pools & Spas.

Cannon Pools and Spas is the place to go!!!! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! From the very start Cannon and their people have been nothing but excellent to deal with. Smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and always lend a hand when needed. We began our installation process with Jeff and he has been excellent to deal with every step of the way from start to finish and beyond!!

Very disappointed how I was treated by the INSTALLER after purchasing a new pool. It was very stressful for me and his behavior was unwarranted! I am updating my review to further clarify why I am very disappointed. The pool itself is beautiful and Cannon did build it two weeks early. Once the pool was built there were minor adjustments that had to be made to the braces (they were Installed crooked). The crew had to return. There was another adjustment to the filter but it certainly was not Cannon’s fault but the crew had to return and ultimately the installer had to come back and the issue was remedied. Then comes the pool ladder! The crew had to come back to fix the ladder. The installer said it was broken (no cracks that were obvious) so I said “maybe if the ladder was unassembled and then reassembled” it might solve the problem. I had no idea they had a new pool ladder with them, nor did these men see any cracks in the ladder and wasn’t sure what the installer was talking about. Bottom line, the installer had to come back to my home again and this time through texts and voice messages he was less than happy. I was told I was at the bottom of his list and that everything didn’t revolve around me! Well I have my new pool ladder that is safe and works. The reason why I gave three stars (I changed my review from two stars to three) to Cannon is because of the grief I experienced with the installer. The pool gets five stars for me but it’s not possible to rate both on the same review. I am sure that Cannon now understands why I am disappointed. I have moved on!

So impressed with the service I received. I sent an inquiry through their website and received a return phone call that same afternoon. Someone from Cannon left a message giving me a number for Eric Wilson who would be able to repair my skimmer as requested. Eric also reached out to me before I had the chance to give him a call and then 4 days later he had the job completely taken care. He was very honest about his prices, kept me informed about the work that he was doing, sent picture updates, and did an excellent job. Will definitely be saving Eric's number for my future pool needs!

Questions & Answers

In this crazy year I know you are crazy busy..what would be approx cost...and I know that is hard to estimate..for an above ground pool. At least 48 inches or more?

In general, the round pools installed are $3500 - $6000 and the ovals installed are $5500 - $7000. We are fully booked for 2020, but still have dates available for May 2021. Please stop by your nearest Cannon location to see the pools, equipment, ladders, and obtain pricing. It would be helpful to bring your property survey.

Hi, just checking on when the old liner will get picked up since the crew said yesterday that someone would do it, they left it by the side of my drive way. I just called the office and the girl who answered could not help me with it.

Please give us a shout on Monday when the service department is back and we will be able to communicate with you then. There is limited service on the weekends. Thank you.

I’m looking for recommendations on a soft sided hot tub (one that can be easily moved by deflation). Anyone have any to recommend or avoid? Thanks.

Hi Mary, we do not carry soft-sided hot tubs that deflate. We do carry portable spas that operate at 110v like a soft-sided hot tub. Since they are plug and play and have a fully enclosed resin mi bottom, they can be stationary, or travel to camp or second home for part of the year. These also have hardtop covers that never need to be replaced. Expect a cost of $4500 - $6500.

How much for a gallon of chlorine

Hi all! A 1 gallon of liquid chlorine is $4.69 + tax and a 5 gallon of liquid chlorine is $15.29 + tax + $9 jug deposit that is refunded upon return of the empty jug. Many of our customers have switched from liquid chlorine to Poolife Turbo Shock because it is much lighter in weight and does not stain your clothes. Turbo Shock is 78% cal hypo, is so fine that it does not have to be diluted in a bucket of water first, and is $4.99 per 1 lb. bag. Since 3 lbs of Turbo Shock is similar is strength to 5 gallons of liquid chlorine, the overall cost ends up being less and you do not hurt your back! At the end of the day the liquid and Turbo both work well and everyone has their preference. -Ari @ Cannon Pools

Interested in a in ground pool with salt water. Can some please give me their own experience and feed back?

Our pool is 8 years old and only had a few minor things but Cannon was right there for us. I have a salt system best money I ever spent. We too will be in it today and yes the heater is on but only for a total of 6 hours, which will heat the water to about 80.
