ANGELA - MANAGER - AWFUL STYLIST, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a joke!! Failure to honor a free haircut based on a previous bad experience. I visited this location in March for a haircut. Angela cut my hair and was very aggressive and not friendly in the least. Seemed like she was in a bad mood - no big deal... Everyone has bad days. I paid, tipped and left. When I got home, I realized the haircut was AWFUL! Not only where the bangs totally uneven, but the sides were different lengths with some longer patches left uncut.. I called in and they told me they would put a free haircut on my account but that I had to use it at this location. Fast forward to today. I got in, and it's my turn - Angela calls me up and I asked if it was her that cut my hair last time - she asks "does it matter?" I told her it did and she confirmed it was her. I asked politely to wait as my experience was bad with her last time. After the next haircut person was ready (Alyssa) I got my haircut and she was very friendly. After the cut, I mentioned there should be a free cut on my account - and she couldn't find it. she called Angela over who also couldn't find it. They told me, "Sorry, since the person who told you they'd put it on your account didn't do it, there's nothing we can do." then they gave a 3 dollar off and made me pay. Don't go to this location! Literally the only haircut I've ever complained about including the time the stylist completely removed my sideburns without asking. Angela (who I also found out is the manager and is PROBABLY the person who answered my original call in to report the bad experience and failed to add the free cut to my account) is toxic. Terrible experience(s) . I called customer service at their corporate number, they let me know the owner would call me. UPDATE: After calling corporate customer service, they said they'd relay the concern to the owner of the store and I'd get a call within 24 hours from the owner. I did get a call, but it was from Angela. No apology, no empathy, only- "I have your $17, you can come get it. It's in an envelope here at the store. We close at 6." At least it's something I suppose, but I had to drive back to the store for a cash refund instead of my card being refunded.

I know a good cut when I receive one and have received impeccable cuts for two straight years. I walk out feeling good about my hair every single time. Thank you Angela for taking such great care of me.

I've been going here for a year now. Angela cuts my hair and does an amazing job every time. The place is always very clean and the staff is so friendly and professional. I'll definitely continue to get my haircut here. Thank you all.

They cut my hair frighteningly fast and aggressive. The haircut was very uneven all over to the point it looked like two different haircuts on either side. I asked for the front to be left longer and ended up with it shorter than the rest:/ I had uneven hairs going over my ears which made me return to ask for a clean up. I wanted it shorter all around but they told me they couldn't go shorter without leaving a line. So, I ended up cutting my own hair immediately after arriving home; I used a 6 on one side and when I went over to the other side, it was already cut down to a 4(the picture was before I fixed it) I really wish I had a good experience, having this being the first time in 6 years that I let anyone else cut my hair, but it was definitely not worth a $22 haircut.

When is Online Check-In available?

Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
