By far the most disgusting place I have ever been. Bathroom smelled horrific. Looked like toilet overflowed and no one cleaned the floor. Fecal matter everywhere. Even the toilet paper was covered in it. And the soap dispenser had nothing but water in it!

INCOMPETENCE was chit-chatting with the employee at the register, she accidentally rang up an item i said i did not want. we were chatting I didn't realize until after i uad tapped my card that she was bagging it. So it needed to be refunded because she misunderstood that I didn't want it. Unable to do that she called a manager (jessica?) and mistakenly said I have been complaining about it the manager had a rude and aggressive attitude towards me and when I corrected her that I was charged for something I wasn't trying to buy and I need that refunded she was even worse. She threatened to take things i had already paid for!!! She said I "wasn't leaving the store with anything" even though I had already paid for it!!! Lol so I told her to try, I'll call the police. Another assistant manager then came over and didn't seem to understand the situation fully I explained to her that I had said I didn't want it but that I had been charged for it and I needed that responded she didn't understand what was going on and refunded me but was refusing to give me her name or the other managers name stating she didn't know what the company's policy was she claimed the other one was Jessica and that her name is Dominique the employee originally at the register was nice like I didn't have an issue with her she just had made a mistake and it needed to be fixed and the managers did not know how to handle that I definitely do not recommend going here if these are the people who are running it it's just obscene and the whole thing is all because of a large brand cast iron skillet price at $20 however that exact brand size cast iron skillet is new online for 17 their Ford that was why I did not want to buy it a Goodwill price should never be more than the price of something new LOL that's still available but on top of it the inept management

15% for senior Wednesday? Make it 50% like every other thriftstore and I'll come weekly. Also this last week the clothes were so packed in tight it made it difficult to shop. I love all thriftstores but Goodwill could definitely do better by seniors. Many of us are on fixed income. And you obviously have too much merchandise!

I wanted to use a fitting room and the lady told me I couldn't because they were "understaffed" there was literally 3 employees sitting up front just chatting, wasn't busy at all, and I don't need a staff member to help me change just need it to be unlocked. Lazy employees
