Not only does this store have incredible products that are healthy and friendly for your dog and the planet, the staff are the greatest. Riley’s saved me! I have a broken leg so now may not have been the best time to get a puppy, but I waited as long as I could. I showed up on crutches with a brand new 3 1/2 month old, 27 lb pup whose collar was too big and was slipping out. Not only did Michelle help me find a halter that would work, she put it on him for me and recommended other things like these cool, new chew toys thank goodness because I was not thinking about a teething puppy. She also helped me figure out how much I needed to feed him which I am eternally grateful for because I am completely overwhelmed 😂 They didn’t have the food she thought I should use in so gave me samples to get him started that held him over for a week until it arrived. Riley’s also made us feel very special as it was Valentine’s Day and he got his picture taken. Now I have that moment captured and loved how they loved him and took care of me ❤️

Probably the most helpful pet store I have ever been into. We have a 4 year old French Bulldog that has been struggling with her food recently. My husband went into Riley's to find some new food and was sent home with a bag food of free samples for us to try. Already our dog is eating the new food and we will be purchasing all our dog food/supplies from Riley's. Definitely worth shopping local. Thank you, Riley's!

I called on July 3 to see if they had CBD calming treats and she held a bag for me because they were running out fast! I was given recommendations for dosage for my dogs also. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
