@Maria del Pilar If you haven't noticed today being Feb 14 wherever you go don't expect to get 5 star service anywhere. As a well-known place, I imagine that they would have had many orders to pick up, of course it is required to be on the phone. Cold food coming out of the kitchen is not the fault of the waiter/ra, but of the kitchen. Unless it has been left on for a long time without being brought to the table.

They are all very decent and friendly, especially the girls. The food is excellent and very good price
