This location is generally pretty quick with service. The problem is usually at the food not being fresh and hot. It's not that the food is bad just not as fresh and hot as I have had from the other pocatello locations.

Just passing through town, we were impressed by the excellence of customer service. We got exactly what we ordered. Taking our order went smooth and the food was spectacular.

I took my kids in the lobby to have lunch a couple weeks ago after a sports event we attended in Pocatello. Walking in the door we were greeted by an employee who held the door open for us and he carried our order out to our table as well. He not just took our order to us but he made sure we had straws, napkins, and sauces. He was very attentive like at a sit down restaurant and even offered to take family pictures of us. They have a great employee because he not only focused on all the customers but also made sure every table was spotless after people left. Sorry I didn't catch his name.

First time at this location and the MANAGER is a complete joke! His attitude is very negative and full of complaining. The employees were no better. I was more concerned with them tampering with my food with that kind of a attitude. Whoever "promoted" this guy to a manager position is terrible at choosing people. The fries were NOT cooked all the way, and the burger that was mentioned to me is "LARGE" is the size of a big Mac. HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE COMING HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THE LOCATION.
