Overall after reading the other reviews, that does no justice for this hotel. My boyfriend and I arrived late considering we came all the way from NY and the front desk woman was extremely helpful and nice. Along with that, they have great breakfast in the morning, laundry facilities and the bed was very comfortable compared to the last hotel we stayed in. The only struggle we noticed was the toilet not flushing immediately but after two flushes it went down, didn’t ruin our stay though :) 10/10 would come back.

Booked a room through a booking service. Arrived to find the lobby was closed for the night and I had no way to check in. Payment was already processed and booking service would not cancel or refund. As I was travelling on a very strict budget, I was left sleeping in my car for the night. Called the motel the next day to have payment refunded, which they were very helpful and friendly with (although the refund takes 3-7 business days). I cannot speak to the quality of the motel as I was unable to stay, but the foyer where I stood for 23 minutes while attempting to find a solution with the booking service's representative seemed clean and well maintained and the location was convenient.

When I first checked in I did as I always do, checking the mattresses for signs of bedbugs or past treatments. It appeared to me that they had treated for bedbugs, but not out a bedbug proof mattress encasement on the bed. I asked for a refund and explained, discretely why when no one was around. They said I could leave but they refused to give me a refund. The extremely rude manager made such a scene that other people ended up hearing the conversation after all. He then told me if I didn’t leave, he would call the police and make me leave. Seriously, I’m a grey haired, courteous lady and all I asked for was a refund of the money I gave them 15 minutes before. I strongly encourage you to never stay here and heads up, they are in the middle of changing to become a Days Inn but will have the same terrible management! Avoid this place at all costs!
