I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a great experience. On this last stay, they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost and the room was AMAZING! If you have kids, try the bunk suites!!! Best place to stay with a family I have ever been to. Kids loved the Xbox 360 in the room! The managers are friendly and very accommodating! I had to leave my motorcycle there for about a week due to a flat tire and they had no issues with keeping an eye on it for me. Great people, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, what else could you want?

We have stayed at the hotel a few times in Pocatello and it is always a great time. The front desk staff was nice and very accommodating when the thermostat in our room was not working. They changed us to an even better room and no additional cost. The pool was fun for the kids to swim in and well maintained. The breakfast was decent for Continental and did have hot food items. Self serve style but the lady that runs the breakfast was an absolute standout employee. She kept coming out and talking to everyone. Making sure everyone got what they wanted and needed. She kept the area clean and well stocked and was so so nice! She went above and beyond!

Very new hotel with a nice layout in the King bed room, spacious with seating other than just the bed👍 Front desk staff was excellent and helpful. My only concern was the included “help yourself” breakfast which clearly stated “patrons must wear masks” and in the time we were there, at least 8 people came without them, some budged into line to grab items despite distancing expectations and no one said anything. Safety should be insisted upon.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a funeral and loved that the pool was open 24 hrs. The kids were able to enjoy playing and decompressing in the pool no matter what time we got back to the hotel. The breakfast options were standard hotel options but I enjoyed the biscuits and the egg and cheese omelette. We would recommend staying here and would love to do so again.
