Love it. Convenience and kindness of staff couldn't be better. Rooms are a bit pricey (high season) but super comfy, well stocked and perfectly furnished. I love the boot warmers in the room and the Murphy bed is super comfy. Right in the heart of all the action in Jackson Hole mountain resort but still quiet and peaceful in the room. Tonight we will dine in the restaurant but the food looks amazing and smells delicious. The hostess last night was super accommodating and tried to accommodate us as best she could even though they were fully booked. Greetings when we arrived early couldn't have been better - we didn't expect our room but they had one available and as such were happy to accommodate. This place is truly a gem!

A painted acrylic fingernail was on the floor of our room after we came in from skiing. There was hair in my eggs, pancakes were cold, bacon very rare and there was 2 other tables in the restaurant. The pool had a used bandaid sitting on the side for the 4 days that I stayed there. One assumes it is not well-cleaned. Rooms are WORN. We were given $200 off our room for the nail incident. The front desk manager offered a spa treatment which I politely declined. The bill was not ready upon checkout at 8 AM nor was it emailed until I called days later.

READ BEFORE STAYING HERE. My family has stayed in Teton Village several times, however we thought of trying Hotel Terra. What a mistake. I booked the hotel well in advance and even called the hotel ahead of time to request a semi - quiet room. I spoke to Case whom actually checked us in. We were late due to flight delays and it was almost midnight. We were too exhausted to actually check the room location until the next day. After being up all night we discovered we were over ‘The Hostel’ trash cans and the bar next door. Also we were constantly awakened by the snow removal trucks. Additionally the room has virtually no toilet paper and limited towels. I called down and begged for toilet paper. Thankfully Mike and Kevin the two door men that handled the wood on the fire were able to supply us with some TP. Overall, the room was small, beds were probably the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept in. They also give you complimentary water on day one but that is it. Limited room maid service as well. We had read some the the poor reviews before booking but chalked it up to the state of the ‘new normal’. We also had reservations at the hotel restaurant during our stay on Jan 4th. The host was rude and actually made us wait an additional 30 minutes for no reason. To top all of this off upon check out I asked the front desk for a receipt and I was told they “Have no Visability” due to us booking with central reservations. We still do not have a final receipt.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel right in the village. Noelie the concierge was wonderful and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend upgrading to a one bedroom suite if going with the family. Only issue is the hot tub. Very unusual for a ski resort to not allow those under 18 to use the hot tub. The location is also a bit tricky as it’s not directly near the lifts so requires a bit of walking. Other than that definitely would recommend and would stay again.

I would stay somewhere else. Not worth the nightly rate. Spa was closed when we were there, also hot tub & pool too!
Is very close and beautiful...l highly recommended
