Please avoid this motel: do not listen to the good reviews. Because if your are unlucky enough to stay in certain rooms, good luck sleeping. We’ve stayed here twice, and both times the noise was a nightmare. First, a high pitched squeaking in the plumbing blared every ten minutes or so—all night long. If that wasn’t enough, the air conditioner rattled so loud that you couldn’t hear the TV if you wanted to. Got no sleep both times, which meant the room was a waste of money (and ruined our trip). I wish we learned our lesson the first time we stayed here, but the staff was nice and we assumed after a few months the issues couldn’t possible still be here. We were wrong. If you stay in certain rooms, it might be fine. But if you’re unlucky enough to stay in the area of the motel we did, this will be a horrible experience for you.

The best hotel stay by far! The room was very clean, everything worked(A/C, TV, fridge,etc..). The hot tub and pool was awesome and very relaxing. My stay lasted four days and every morning breakfast was great with a variety of breakfast options to choose from. Above all, was the curtiousness of the staff that made this stay just that much more pleasant. Specifically, the front desk attendant, Nancy Winterbottom, whom was very friendly and helpful for all the questions I had during my stay there. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in Idaho Falls.

We had been travelling many hrs that day, walked in and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Walking into our room we felt, WOW how great. Bed and pillows were GREAT along with the bedding - nice and crisp - Slept well - as the next day was a very long day driving all the way to Canada. Thank You we will come again. All th staff were very friendly and wished us a good day

We were very pleased with our stay here. Clean, quiet, and decently modernized. The continental breakfast was typical. Super polite staff. We'd stay again.
