Took an afternoon drive to see how accessible the area's shopping center's are let me say first i was very impressed with the Bella Vista's clean well maintained grounds, parking and building's to the friendly atmosphere throughout the community back to the shopping, it was very accessible to multiple pharmacies to choose from groceries to food on the go. Definitely a place i would recommend to friend's and family member's.

Front desk staff and resident service staff are great. As for the management office they are rude and unprofessional. I wrote 3 letters from June-August to inquire on an overpayment and I have not heard a peep. I even sent a self addressed stamped envelop and NOTHING. This is at a time my mother lost her husband and my dad and they are totally uncompassionate and mean spirited. Totally upset about this.

Very poor and unprofessional management. Waiting forever for a return call, I requested a hearing to explain an issue they sent me a letter saying they would call me on a certain date and time and make sure I'm available. Well NO body called. Then received a letter that they couldn't reach me. I'm disabled and I think the way how they handled this is disgusting. I must say the operater was very polite, informed, and helpful a pleasure to deal with. Management can learn a lot from her.

Yes, rents are based on your income. Rent includes electricity and hot water.
WOW Not sure how long you have been at Bella Vista. I have only been hear a month & so far no problems. Not going to say what building I am in but it seems it makes a difference. So far I love my place. No problems so far. Sorry to hear you are not happy. When we get older we can't be going threw tuff times. I wish you luck. About the maintenance I have had no problems with them, they are very nice. I think alot of people around here try to be there best friends & tell them too much, you can't. They can't stale if they don't know what you have. Thst have come by my apartment twice, and it was a safety thing. So, so far so good.
Used to be just for elderly or disabled, but I believe anyone can live there now, rent is based on your income.
Yes, for a fee. Pets are allowed. This is a very pet friendly apartment complex.

I don't know what she means by nepotism and how has that ruined Bella Vista? I don't know about workers being paid poorly. I have had some who are very helpful and others that are not. Perhaps if someone has had this kind of experience it should be brought to the management attention at building meetings. The fact is that the Apartments are leased at a very low price. Many of the apartments are subsidised, but many employees work very hard keep the building and grounds well maintained. When I have had a problem with my apartment, it is handled immediately.I am quite happy with my apartment.

No I don't hear anything once inside the apartment. The walls a solid .
Moving in is a very difficult chore. I'm not the owner but I have lived here for 3 years.They allow you to move in Monday-Saturday.No Sundays.They have a security guard block off one of the two elevators for you to be able to load the elevator and make trips back and forth to your apartment.

you can do anything you want here as long as you pay the rent on time.for 300 dollars annually, you can have a pet live with you..
