This was my first trip to the Starlight. I will definitely be back! This venue is amazing. From ample parking to amazing sound, it really is a great spot for a concert. Plus the grounds are gorgeous! There are at least 4 buildings of restrooms that I seen (there could be more). They were very clean and air conditioned (which was wonderful for the 97+ degree day that it was! ) The seats are nice with enough leg room! There are at least 6 food vendors there. You can get everything from pizza to street tacos, to burgers and chicken! Plus the standard popcorn and nachos. The show was spectacular and it didn't even take long to get out of the parking lot after the show was over! I'll definitely make the 3 hour drive for more shows there!

Starlight is a Kansas City classic. A beautiful outdoor venue with clean site lines and good sound. I've seen concerts, Broadway shows, magicians, variety shows and all have been enhanced by the unique atmosphere. My first trip to Starlight was 40 years ago and most recent was last week - they've done a great job of keeping the facility clean, well repaired and up to date. On our most recent visit we got the buffet beforehand. It was good but not spectacular and the conditions were rather hot. I'd only recommend if the weather is cooperative. Pro tip seats a bit further back and higher up catch the breeze and can be more comfortable if the weather is hot.

Amazing venue. The drinks are like ball park priced...but definitely a great place to see one if your favorite bands or Broadway shows.

First time at Starlight, what an exceptional venue! What a great evening! The seats are great, the views are great, the concessions were good and not even too outrageously priced. The drive out after the show was even smooth, easy, and quick.

If there's a show tomorrow, the box office should be open to pick up tickets, but I am not sure about purchasing tickets. You can call. I have purchased tickets over the phone and have not paid a service charge.
By past experience, yes you can.
A is closer to the stage
They are a rain or shine venue
Yes
Park on the Chestnut Trafficway bridge side there should be plenty of space on that side of the venue.
No
I'm not sure because it was a very first time for me.
This is an outdoor amphitheater. I just attend the Broadway shows. Have season tickets each each year. Not sure of other offers, but Broadway shows are like no other.
I think so. Not sure what time the box office is open.
They Will play through anything except hard rain or lightning. They try to reschedule for the next night if the players are still in town, otherwise they do refunds or free tickets to other shows.
As far as I know, there has never been a buffet at Starlight. There are Concession stands though, with typical Concession stand food.
Go to Starlight box Office it's cheaper than TicketMaster I highly doubt it's sold out.
So did I. I don't seem to see an email that gave me the tickets

Yes, but you can take an unopened bottle of water or an empty refillable bottle.
Mike is correct starts $10 grass if dry short walk and quick exit. West side parking best IMO
Thats a google question, not a google maps question.
Unfortunately the only liquid that can be brought into the facility is bottled water that is sealed, and yes they do check each bottle. They obviously do have plenty of beverages to partake in but unfortunately they are extremely expensive.
Yes at the courtesy booth. You have to request them and it might take a while. Do use the top circle drive to drop that person off. It is level and easier to negotiate. You can bring your own chair and have seating in back of theater. Please contact Starlight for more details. This has been my experience.
They are good seats
Producers circle donors get seats in the first 5 rows
Varies depending on number of tickets and seat selection. Check the website for accurate pricing.
An attorney.
You would need to contact Starlight.
Its printed on your ticket that the show goes on rain or shine!
Not restaurants necessarily, more like snacks with drinks (cheeseburgers, fries, ice cream)
